We used this about 5 times.

In the Roomba instructions it says this is not a toy. However...it might be a child as it does require baby-sitting unless you have made the room "roomba-proof" which means generally no rug tassles and no wires. This is a hassle.

If you are interested, buy this for experimenting and maybe spot cleaning. If you like it go up to a more expensive model. It does have come with two virtual walls, which are helpful.

Well anyways, this technology is not perfected yet. Maybe the more expensive ones can be "set it and forget it". This machine may have been delicate, because it was reconditioned, and perhaps it was more apt to error out, which happened more than desired.

Amazon reviewers give it 4 stars which is impressive, but I generally don't think it's worth buying something unless it gets 4 1/2 stars on more than 20 reviews...
