Up for auction is another Designs by Bunny original. Flowers of Color is a size 8. The bracelet is the same kind I use on all my creations.

But I couldn't agree more. I, too, am very OCD, and sometimes it can take me a DAY to finish a bracelet! (Did I mention I am stubborn, also?) but the point being, these are not just 'fun', they ARE, but they are also a whole lotta work and expense, and we all put just a little bit of our heart and souls' into each creation. That begins with a single bead.

Thanks girl! The bracelet is stamped 925, but it is not a sterling silver bracelet. It is real silver plated, not just silver tone. The charms are not sterling either. If they were I would have this on Ebay..lol.

I have been posting my Euros on here for quite awhile, and have always received the highest praise on them! I go for a simpler, yet very beautiful and sparkly look in my euros-and no one has ever called them anything less than beautiful. Mary, I know you weren't trying to be mean, but think about what you say, oK? Mine are more than nice. They are beautiful. I have a gift, no different than anyone else who is selling high quality bracelets on Listia. I've had some go for 30,000 to 40,000 at times!

Am I bragging? No, I just do not suddenly want to be "ousted" from some little clique that forms up (I hate cliques and will no longer associate) nor do I want my bracelets downplayed on someone else's auction: especially a good friend of mine, so that people will not take the time to come see them.

Someone once told you, Mary, that word were sharper than knives. They are, and those words went to the bone. And no, I am not mad at you, just hurt.

I have used my own bead choices since I recently met one or two people on here whom I will bid from. Bunny is one of them. I have Pugsters, a couple of Pandora's and many many 925 stamped charms, bracelets, etc. Is this going to become nothing but a status contest? I'd rather not. My bracelets are made well, with the best of materials-I buy a lot of them from ebay (Pugster), Tophatter, etsy and, oh, OK, you all get the idea! I was just gonna let the comment go, but it just got worse and worse.

So, not to bring down Bunny's auction with Negativity, let's just make this clear one more time. I make gorgeous bracelets also. I just haven't bid on this one cuz I just bid on a bunch of her BEADS!! Love ya Bunny girl!! And yes, you have one hell of a beautiful bracelet here

Well said..I love all my Listia friends and we do have to remember that with out tone, inflection on our words as if speaking them, statements come out flat. If I tell my sister you sure are chubby, meaning it only as a joke, she may take it for exactly what the words say, not HOW we mean them.

I like to tell others on Listia what my buddies are so good at, their talents, etc. but I never would do it if there is the slightest risk it may end up hurting another. if I want to gush, I do it in a private message.

That being said,,let us put away the gushers and the hurt feelings and get back to what we are trying to accomplish here. Friendship, great bargains, cleaning out our stashes..LOL

I never have belonged to a clique and have no intention of being a part of one here. I have noticed, with all the many lovely fans, I have about 5 people I spend more time with than others, in chatting and in ideas for bracelets. naturally, after chatting awhile, we start to learn about each other.

I call that friendship and I cherish it with all that I am.. God bless all my Lisitia friends :o)

If I can weigh in here please, I'm Gloria's husband and I've made a bracelet or two, I also go by the name Dwhoram as well as mdsoliday (sorry if you thought I was a Lady)lol, and I agree with most of what has been said here by everyone on bracelet making. Gloria and I also spend countless hours shopping on line as well as in local stores and in towns 50 miles away for just the right items we want to make that special bracelet.It never seems to turn out quite as well as I pictured it in my head.
As far as Sterling Silver I do purchase some charms that say sterling silver plated and some (a heart charm in a week or so) that is Sterling Silver. I'm waiting on the beads to come in to go with it.Rondelle solid cores I believe are silver also like Zable Correct me if I'm wrong.

Okay. As I do use most 925 beads bc ppl are obsessed with it. I learned something new recently. Okay the euro beads with 925 cores are basically all 2 piece cores which means that the core doesn't go the whole way through. There are actually 2 pieces that go on each side. They are more caps than cores bc if it doesn't reach the center can it really be a core. Anyways, the solid cored beads which to me are better to work with and own bc the cores go all the way through the center you don't have to worry about the being popped every time you add or remove them from your bracelet. Also I have Zable beads that are very expensive, like Pandora just a different brand (I like them better, better selection) anyways I have a lot of their beads and their glass beads and sparkly beads have solid 925 cores that go the whole way through and they aren't even marked. Their spacers all are marked and say Z on them. I don't know. I just wouldn't worry that much about it. I buy beads off Bunny and I have yet to have on change colors. They are very good quality beads.

Some are, some are not. I use the beads that I like, the 925 plating is really not that big a deal to me. If I have it, terrific and I do try very hard to have them all, but, sometimes you just are not able! Thanks for looking!

Okay I have to be very honest right now. All you buyers out there pls listen!! Okay there are some bracelets on here that ppl have pre bought for only $3-$4 that are nothing but pretty but won't last bc they are made of like platic, cheap bracelet and plastic that looks metal. I know it is hard to tell in pics which one. Put it like this, if they only have 1 picture and it looks perfect~ there's your sign!!

To make these is a lot of work. Hrs spent searching for beads than putting them together. It takes a few times of taking beads on and off to get it right. This is fully loaded and every bead is gorgeous! 8 inches long and fully loaded. That is a lot of beads. There are ppl on here wanting 10,000 credits for 2 beads! Or 6,500 credits for one of these bracelets with NO BEADS!!

Look at the above bracelet. It has the high quality bracelet used and look how many high quality beads are on this. Not too mention hand made and gorgeous and by one of the most kind and generous ppl on Listia. This shouldn't go for any less than 12,500 at least. Pls bid for Bunny! Her bracelets haven't been getting nearly what they deserve. BID FOR BUNNY!!

You are absolutely right..these bracelets take a lot of time. I lay them all out, try to get a feel for the overall effect I want. I cannot tell you how many times I put on, remove, try another configuration. Then add some OCD into the mix, well, hopefully those very traits are what make mine unique, just as MaryMarie does to make hers so wonderful!

I am sure, a lot of the ladies on Listia begin their bracelet with a bead. one bead kind of speaks to me. I can see it in my head long before I begin to make it.

Is there anything like a bracelet savant?? LMBO!
I absolutely love making these, the delight in the faces of people I sell to in my other life, it makes me very happy!

Try using pipe cleaners when you are trying to design a bracelet - you can see the overall effect and the pipe cleaners do not scratch the insides of the beads - a lot easier to get them on and off too. Great auction. Good luck!

Great idea.. I usually keep one of the leather ones on hand, just for that reason!
Pipe cleaners can even be twisted so they do not fall off. I could sit and create designs and put them together as I need them.. thanks!! I love when people tell me about new and easier ways to do my passion!

It is the name of a company that first began this European bracelet idea. On the truly authentic ones, you will find the name, a crown over the O, ALE and 925 stamped on the inside of the clasp.
Mine are replicas. I have the name, the crown and 925 is stamped on the outside of the clasp. Hope that helps! By the way, I do have PABDORA beads listed which do have ALE and 925 on them. Thanks for looking.
