Shipping is approximately $6, give or take a few cents.
The rechargeable case is for on-the-go purposes. it does charge the batteries well, but the batteries do not get as completely charged as the wall charger accomplishes. I believe the chargers on the v2cig website are only a few dollars. the wall charger cord to this set got ruined, I just decided to upgrade instead of replacing.
