I seen something likr this on another auction where only one and not as nother could receove free shipping and it was not permitted. If free shipping is offered at a certain bid and bid is reach then whom ever wins is suppose to get free shipping. I noticed you have no feedback yet so you may not know this yet. But it is part of the rules that free shipping offers are unconditional. If a high bid must be met then seller then must change shipping to free. Sorry if this coms across wrong.
