The tag reads..."A Special Box For That Special Ring"

The best part is....you can cram all the promises made to you inside the box. If a promise is broken, you open the box and say..."See...there it is, right there. That's YOUR promise, buster, and if you don't keep that promise, I'll cram it where the sun don't shine".

Now....it's my understanding that this was made from the sand from the Sahara Desert. They use the sand, camel dung and goat's milk to make the mud...which is used to make the porcelain. It's quite a delicate process. The children of the UgaBooga tribe in Borneo are given the material to carve out whatever comes to mind. In this case....a cute little chapel. Ain't it cute?

I know the ribbons screw the photo up, but I'll let the new owner remove that. Nifty little trinket box.

Excellent condition! No cracks or repairs. There is a bit of flaking on the gold strip along the front. I guess age got to it a bit. Comes with the original tag and ribbon.

Almost 5 1/2" tall!
