to find specs on your laptop
click on start in lower left hand corner on home screen.
locate "my computer" or "computer"
left click on it
on the pop up menu
scroll to "properties"
click on it
specs for the computer should appear in another window.
model
operating system
hard drive size
processor type
ram size
